Non-medicinal Ingredients: Calcium carbonate, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), silica, hypromellose (veggie capsule).
Recommended dose (adults): One (1) capsule, twice daily.
Directions for use: Take with food to minimize gastric disturbance, a few hours before or after taking other medications.
