Medicinal ingredients: L-Theanine………………250  mg
Non-medicinal ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, hypromellose (veggie capsule).

Recommended dose (adults): One capsule per day.
Directions for use: Consume with a glass of water.

CAUTIONS: Not intended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. People with health conditions should consult a health care practitioner before consuming this product. Do not use if security seal is broken. Keep in a cool and dry place away from children.

Contains NO: Sugar, salt, starch, yeast, wheat, gluten, corn, soy, milk, lactose, egg, shellfish, preservatives, artificial colors, sulphites, or GMO.

Our Science department has put a lot of efforts to come up with the best source for L-Theanine.

We recommend taking one (1) capsule per day between meals with a fruit juice to facilitate absorption.

We recommend consuming the product at least 1 hour after your training.

There are two studies on this mix, showing that this combination improves the subjects’ performance on cognitive tests (1) and speed and accuracy of performance of an attention-switching task (2). Further studies on physical performance are needed to be done, to get a definite answer.
