Medicinal ingredients (per capsule):
L-Arginine (L-Arginine hydrochloride) ……….500 mg
L-Ornithine (L-Ornithine hydrochloride) ……….250 mg
Non-medicinal ingredients: Dicalcium phosphate, magnesium stearate, hypromellose (veggie capsule).

Recommended dose (adults): Take two (2) capsules , three (3) times per day.
Directions for use: Take with food.
Duration of use: If you suffer from a cardiovascular disease, consult your health care practitioner for use beyond 6 weeks.

L-arginine is found in nuts, sunflower seeds, fish, chicken, dairy products, chocolate, cheese, etc.

It depends on what you eat. Mostly people get enough L-arginine through daily sources, however if you train a lot there is not enough.
